Side effects like nausea, flushing of the face and an aphrodisiac effect are only noticed for the first few days, if at all.
The injection kit must be refrigerated at all times and cannot come into contact with heat or humidity.
How to Use Nu-Tan™ Injections
- Loading Phase
To start off, you’ll need to inject five full units of the Nu-Tan™ solution every morning. If you feel nauseous after your injection, rather do it at night before you go to sleep.
On the fourth day of your injections, you will need to begin the UV treatment. This means lying in the sun for 20 to 30 minutes every second or third day. We recommend that you do not allow the time between UV treatments to exceed three days.
- Maintenance Phase
Once you reach your desired tan, you will only inject once or twice a week (5 units each time).
On the days that you inject, you must get UV treatment.
Each kit contains:
Nu-Tan vial
Injection water
Alcohol swab
Syringe for mixing
Syringes and swabs for future use are not included. Consumables are available at any Dischem.
One kit will give you 40 dosages and will last around 2-3 months.
