REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
1. Unfortunately due to the type of products offered, we do not accept refunds nor exchanges on our products, due to health reasons.
2. If you have received a damaged or faulty product, please send us an email to info@nu-tan.co.za within 3 (three) days of receiving the product, with:
a. “Damaged Product” and “Order number” in the subject line
b. Images of the product
c. Indicate whether you would prefer a credit or refund
